Using empirically validated assessments we identify the drivers of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. The proprietary ReDiscover Assessment along with Value Exercises form the foundation for the rest of our engagement. We exit this phase having identified your blind spots and patterns that are keeping you stuck, and elevating your awareness about your core values and strengths on which to build moving forward.
ReAlign – Identify A Personal Vision
Once you’ve identified your core values and strengths you will have a heightened ability to label your emotions and better understand your thoughts. In this phase we will give you tools to detach yourself from your inner chatter, helping you to differentiate between fear-based and conscious choices. At the end of this phase you will be able to identify the areas of your life that have the greatest impact on your well-being. This will be the launching point for your personal vision realigned with your authentic self.
ReLearn – Transform Stress
In this phase you will be learn how to transform stress so that it works for you rather than against you. Skills taught in this phase are tailored to your unique profile discovered in the assessment phase and may include dynamic communication, effective time management and self-care practices that eliminate emotional, physical, mental and spiritual blocks that might be limiting your potential. By the end of this phase you’ll have a new understanding the key influencers on your behavior and how a shift in your perception can impact your overall life experience. Leaving this phase you will have a better understanding of how to make mindful choices aligned with your long-term values rather than making reactive decisions triggered by stress.
ReSet – Move Confidently into Your Future
By setting into motion your long-term, powerful goals and short-term strategies, you’ll create your own personal success formula. With your expanded self-awareness, active acceptance of your emotions, and ability to make conscious choices, you’ll move confidently into the future knowing you can handle anything that comes your way. You might even find yourself viewing future changes as challenges rather than threats and embracing them for the new opportunities they can bring.
